  Comments:
1. Seal the electrical conduit at the Miller Road well #2 wellhead to ensure the sanitary seal is watertight. 2. Seal the open plug to the wellhead at Miller Road Well #1 to make sure the wellhead is watertight. 3. Make sure the vent on the Dutch Canyon Well is screened properly. 4. Incorrect compliance turbidity monitoring location at Keys Road Plant 5. Turbidity profiles immediately following a backwash on each surface water filter plant at Keys Road are needed every quarter. 6. Measure and record the free chlorine residual twice a week from the distribution system, and keep the records on-site for review during future inspections. 7. The contact time through the 1 Million Gallon storage reservoir at the Keys Road facility must be based on a tracer study. 8. As discussed during the survey, the overflows at the High Zone 0.30 Million Gallon (MG) and Keys Road plant 1.0 MG storage reservoirs must have a flap valve, screen or equivalent protection on the outlet. 9. Raw Total Organic Carbon (TOC) must be monitored at least quarterly at the Keys Road treatment facility intake in order to maintain the annual monitoring reduction for Disinfection By Products.
