| Details: | Scott called to notify DWS of a partial loss of pressure near Cherry Blossom Drive and 106th. System was conducting unidirectional flushing and there were several valves that were inadvertently closed. One line into Adventist was affected and PWB is working on determining the extent of their pressure loss in that facility. Cherry Blossom Estates (an assisted living facility) and about 45 homes were affected. PWB has collected a sample and started notifying the affected customers. Results should be available tomorrow. PWB also notified Multnomah County Health as there may be some licensed facilities affected. Lifted 09/25/2019: Scott called to let DWS know that the sample results came back negative and the limited boil advisory has been lifted. |
