| Details: | Glyn emailed me to inquire about the corrective actions for Philippi Park. They were wondering if they needed to be completed prior to our future water survey that has yet to be scheduled. I let him know that they should correct the issues before opening the park and serving to customers. If they fail to correct the issues prior to opening, I informed him that they would need to post a Tier 2 notice for failure to correct actions after E.Coli alert. Glyn is working to correct the issues and will let NCPHD know when they are ready for the survey. | ||
