| Details: | I wanted to follow up from our level 2 investigation of Philippi park and forward some information we received about the UV radiation systems maintenance. This will satisfy the required correction I set for obtaining the make and model of the UV unit as long as it hasn't been changed since 2007. The original installation proposal of the UV unit describes that the bulb will be changed at least once every year, which is different from the once every other year that was described as the current maintenance schedule. Hoping that this will help with establishing a formal written schedule for the coe employees to follow from now on. | ||
