| Details: | Scott emailed DWS to inform us that Portland Water Bureau will be increasing the target pH at Lusted from 8.3 to 8.5. The next increase in pH is expected in June, to a likely target of 8.6. It may take up to 2 weeks for the increased pH levels to be seen throughout the distribution system. | ||
