| Details: | I took part in a video conference hosted by Michelle. Also present were Jeff Thiessen and Gary Carpenter from Fern Ridge SD, Nicholas Alviani from Lane County and Garren Friedemann. We discussed corrosion control monitoring in general and compliance with the bilateral agreement executed in December 2021. Jeff stated that pH measurements were below minimums because the treatment pump was replaced in May 2022, but that measurements demonstrated minimums were met since that time. I clarified that while some corrosion control violations could be resolved after six months, two rounds of tap water samples paired with water quality monitoring are required before the treatment is considered to be optimized again. That will require monitoring in the second half of 2022 and the first half of 2023, so hopefully the agreement can be closed no later than the end of June 2023. | ||
