| Details: | 09.02.22-The manager of the park (Conrad Coffey) informed me that the chlorine solution tank has been refilled and the chlorination system is back online. I reminded the operator that all other corrective actions identified in the survey report as well as those identified in the previous coliform investigation completed on April 14, 22, should be addressed by September 21, 2022. |
