| Details: | Scott emailed to note that Portland will begin blending water from the Columbia South Shore Well Field into the distribution system for supply augmentation on October 13, 2022. It can take up to two weeks for the water to work its way through the distribution system. The blending is due to continued dry weather, warm temperatures and available long-term weather forecasts. The blend will be approximately 65% groundwater to 35% Bull Run surface water. |
