| Details: | Spoke with Garren via phone on 12/9/2022. Garren was unsure of why the excursions occurred. He was not informed by Jeff, the person who conducts the testing. He will contact Jeff today and find out why 9 excursions occurred in November. Garren said he assumes it has to do with improper settings with the pump as they try to figure out low pH readings during low usage times. Garren asked that I call him back on Monday so that he has time to figure out what is/was going on with the system. | ||
