| Details: | Yone called to note that Portland did not meet their target pH of 8.0 leaving Lusted on Monday and Tuesday this week due to equipment issues with the corrosion control system as Portland was switching from groundwater to Bull Run surface water. The two days resulted in excursion from the Lead and Copper rule. Portland is aware of the excursions and is currently in compliance with the allowable number of excursions. No further action is required at this time. | ||
