| Details: | Field visit was scheduled for today to the system for Level 2 Investigation and Sanitary Survey. This was postponed by the operator. Environmental Health will reschedule with operator as soon as able. The following information was provided in email: "The Level 2 Form is attached—Tony will be able to fill out quite a bit of it. A triggered sample needs to be submitted to the lab, if not already done, taken before the chlorinator. Repeat samples are to be drawn from, and labeled as, distribution. See the attached Sample Schedule. There should be no total coliform in the distribution, so we need to see what the problem is as soon as we can. A source sample is needed every year, but has not been identified since 2020. All samples since July 2020 appear to have been identified as distribution. It’s important that all samples are accurately identified so we can see where the problems lie." |
