| Details: | Chlorine disinfection was required to be installed on the system by June 18, 2022. A plan review was submitted for a new well but the well was not properly constructed and not approved. Plan review the addition of a storage tank and chlorine disinfection were not submitted. The DWP has asked the operator to sign a bi-lateral compliance agreement for the installation of chlorine disinfection. I have spoken to the operator, their contractor, DWP compliance and Region 2 technical assistance staff. I am trying to arrange a day the week of February 20 to go to the mill and get the agreement signed. Compliance will be drafting the BAC. |
