| Details: | A bi-lateral compliance agreement (BCA) was issued to the mill owner on 2/14/23. It was signed and returned on 2/22/23. The water system operator has 30 days to submit plan review for the installation of chlorine disinfection that was to have been installed in June 2022. The state DWP has committed to completing the review within 30 days of its receipt. The chlorination system will be required to be installed no later than 6 months from the plan review approval. |
