Details:
Garren Friedman with Delta Operations is contractor working with Hull-Oakes to install the chlorination system that is required under a bilateral compliance agreement with Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services (OHA DWP) program . This is due to ongoing positive coliform detections in the water system. The bilateral compliance letter can be found here:

The chlorine installation was approved on 4/6/23. The conditional approval letter can be found here:

Garren Friedman reported the following to the Region 2 Technical Service staff by email:
" We are going through all of the parts to chlorinate the old well at Hull-Oakes Lumber Company. At this point it looks like all of the major components are here in the shop. I will be scheduling an onsite meeting with Todd and our team in the next couple weeks to finalize the details and get the installation scheduled."

A second well was installed but did not meet construction standards. It was remediated and a conditional approval letter was issued on 8/17/23. The well is not approved for use until the OHA DWP receives written confirmation that the conditions in the letter were met. The conditional approval letter can be found here:
