| Details: | Copper AL exceedance Corinne was notified of the recent copper action level exceedance. The system received a letter last August when they exceeded so a new one won’t be generated. Those deadlines are still in place and need to be met. The schedule is found on the compliance and enforcement page of data online. Next steps: The system has until 03.31.2023 to make a recommendation – there is a violation for not doing this step. They need the WQP’s to make an appropriate recommendation. Corinne was advised to collect WQPs. |
