| Details: | LCR samples in February 08.02.2023-The system reported 5 lead and copper samples collected in January (which exceeded action level) and 5 more samples in February. These February samples were from the same location and collected during the same monitoring period. DMCE rejected the samples in February because they were from the same monitoring period. OAR 333-061-0036 (10)(e)(C) says we can’t invalidate previous results because subsequent samples from the same location are higher or lower. No action required by the operator. Consumer Confidence Report (CCR): The system was also reminded to submit the 2022 CCR and Certification form. Chemical testing: A copy of the chemical schedule Details was included to remind the system what analytes are due for testing this year. |
