| Details: | I reached out to this system via email to notify them that DW has not been receiving routine sample results. I also discussed that these missed tests have triggered an potential move to monthly routine sampling. An opportunity letter was generated and mailed and provided instructions on how to comply with the opportunity sampling. | ||
