| Details: | I wrote an email to Lady Lane Farm explaining that the routine sampling schedule is now a monthly. I notified that a paper letter should be arriving soon. I informed them of a pathway back to quarterly. I am following up with OHA regarding the plan review submission for this system. As of yet, I have not seen evidence that a plan review has been submitted. I also notified the system that they were required to take an annual nitrate test in 2022 and that none was reported. This violation will return to compliance when the 2023 nitrate sample is taken. |
