| Details: | Monthly GW Compliance Report - Late reporting violation 09.28.2023-I contacted Connie to clarify the reason for the recent violation. Connie stated that there are new ranges recently trained to take care of the water system. Connie will remind the new staff when to submit the monthly GW Compliance Report. Next steps: No further actions required by the operator. I requested DMCE to RTC the violation for failure to violation issued in July for failure to maintain 4-log treatment. |
