Details: Just a note to the file that several complaints came to the State from a variety of directions. It was difficult to categorize them all, but they generally complained about the state of the Midland's water system and its water board.
There has not been enough visible improvements to the water system over the last several years.

Add to that list "dirty water." However it is assumed that complaint is referring to the slugs of dirty water that is flushed out after the repairs are completed and as the leaks originally occurred.


The BIL (Bipartisan Infrastructure Law) funding disbursements - while not yet awarded - would arrive in the next 10-14 months, and would begin to solve many of the water system's problems.
