Details:	08.15.2024 -Email sent to operator reminding her to collect an AS sample for 2024. The operator was also reminded to pay the annual water system fee. DWS cannot reduce annual fees or late fees due to financial hardship. If there was a change in ownership, DWS can remove unpaid fees from past owners. 07.16.2024 - The operator was contacted via email and made aware of the recent violations for not reporting their CCR, RAD sample and source sample. Next steps: The operator was advised to collect RAD sample, source sample and complete their 2024 CCR.
