| Details: | Phone contact was made today with the owner's son, Patrick. He was aware of the E. coli positive repeat test results. Patrick has made staff aware that they are to hang a public boil water notice in the bathroom and other locations where the public could fill a water bottle off their private water source. Mr. Reynolds is aware that the a copy of the boil notice shall be submitted via email to me. It was discussed that the firm shall take 5 confirmation samples within 24 hours. Mr Reynolds explained on the phone that they just rehired a previous system operator that has come in to address the faulty chlorinator. It was explained that the operator has repaired the chlorinator. A level two investigation will be conducted within 30 days. |
