| Details: | Phone contact was made with Mr. Reynolds regarding the most recent E. coli and coliform absent test results at the well. It was discussed that the Boil Water Notice would continue until further notice. It was also discussed that the firm is required to take two distribution samples, each on taken from a different location within the system. It was discussed that these samples would need to be tested for E. coli, coliforms, and residual chlorine level. It was also discussed that the firm is required to record daily residual chlorine values to ensure that residual chlorine is being maintained at 1.5 |
