| Details: | Per guidance from OHA DWS I called and spoke with Operator to advise them to have follow up water sample labeled "special" but it was already submitted as "routine". I advised operator try to have it changed to "special" at the lab. I confirmed operator issued a boil water notice and will remain so until negative test (coliform) are acheived. The operator reports that the holding tank was emptied, flushed, and cleaned and system disinfected after removing possible source of contamination. I advised that I am available for follow up guidance for routine testing schedule and regulatory contact person. | ||
