| Details: | I followed up my phone call on 9-4-24 with an e-mail on 9-5-24 requesting same information (if negative coliform test yet and how he communicated the boil requirements to customers) and provided a link to the boil notice template as well as wanting to advise that they would be recieving a letter from DWS regarding the requirement of using the template and instructions on submitting it to DWS. I did not hear back by end of the day 9-5-24. | ||
