Details:	The Operator contacted the OHA DWS phone duty line to report an E. Coli positive routine sample. The Operator had discovered a dead mouse in the system's storage tank. OHA DWS provided guidance on issuing a boil water notice, tank cleaning, exclusion work, and follow up sampling. The Operated intends to have system disinfected and flushed, and a special sample collected on 8/27/24.
