Details:	2024 Inspection 11.19.2024 Circuit Rider working with the system reported that given the upcoming system upgrades and plan review process, he is pausing the support effort until the system has plan review approval and all changes have been completed. I recommend that future upgrades to the system include a flow meter on the effluent side of the contact chamber. Ideally a flow meter capable of recording peak flows to determine daily CT calculations. 11.18.2024 Waleshead management provided a copy of the under-certified operator protocol. approved. 10.14.2024 Circuit Rider assistance request submitted to Civil West Engineering. The water system added new storage tanks and changed the plumbing configuration. Given these modifications, a new tracer study is required for WTP B to determine the actual chlorine contact time. This study is also recommended for WTP A. 09.26.2024 Operator notified. - Corrective actions to address deficiencies and rule violations due by November 14, 2024. Specifically: - New tracer study to determine actual contact time - Plan review approval for changes made to the system. Specifically, new storage tanks. - Complete SOPs for critical tasks. No updates to inventory.
