Details: Emailed Yone to notify her that Portland Water Bureau had an excursion for a pH minimum not met. Yone noted that the minimum pH was note met at the Lusted treatment facility due to a power failure at the powerhouse (kicking on the Howell bunger values, which changed the incoming pH and the treatment did not adjust according quickly enough).
