| Details: | Kari Salis, Samina Panwhar, and Andre Ourso met virtually with Quisha Light, Dave Peters, Kim Gupta, and Yone Akagi to discuss the filtration project status and schedule. PWB provided an update on the construction project, which is well underway. Due to land use process delays, they said meeting the compliance schedule is unlikely. Crews are working the maximum number of days and hours the land use permit will allow. The land use is still open to appeal. They are working with the contractor for schedule and budget updates, which will be more known by Spring 2026. DWS suggested another meeting at that time. We discussed the process for PWB to request amending the BCA with a new schedule, which would be to submit a formal request with the proposed schedule and justification for the extension. PWB reiterated that they remain highly committed to completing the project as quickly as possible. | ||
