| Details: | 12.31.2025 - I contacted the operator requesting an update on the status of the system. The SWT report for October indicated that the system failed to meet CT requirements. There were also discrepancies noted in the turbidity readings; specifically, all entries were recorded as exactly 0.3 NTU, which is highly unlikely and needs to be addressed. Next Steps: • Status Update: The operator was asked to provide an explanation for the October CT failure and the identical turbidity readings, including corrective actions taken to address these issues. • Tier 2 Public Notice: The operator was instructed to post a Tier 2 public notice for not meeting CT in October. The operator was also instructed to include in the notice any other dates in November or December when the system failed to meet CT. A fillable template for failure to maintain effective disinfection treatment (Tier 2) was provided via email. • Documentation: The operator was instructed to Email me a copy of the posted Tier 2 notice. The operator was also made aware of the circuit rider free technical assistance to help troubleshoot these issues and get the system back into compliance. |
