| Details: | The 4/9/2026 source assessment sample collected at SRC-FA (PILOT BUTTE #1), tested positive for the presence of total coliform bacteria. When a groundwater (GW) source sample is total coliform positive only (i.e., E. coli absent), no action is required. Future GW source sample results will be tracked, and if there is a pattern or series of coliform positives at a given well, additional measures may be required, such as requiring monthly, rather than annual, source assessment monitoring at that well. | ||
