| Details: | I initiated a conference call including Mr. Boltz, Justin Fimbres, Casey Lyon and Zach Golik to discuss the samples exceeding the action level for copper at the Twilight View water system. Mr. Boltz argued that the concentrations of copper were not overly dangerous and were due to low quality copper pipe using during construction. Casey Lyon explained that any concentration over the action level isn't considered safe and that OHA takes these and similar sample results seriously. We explained that corrective action must be completed due to the concentrations of copper, whether it be treatment or connection to the City of Grants Pass. We discussed circuit rider assistance and revolving loan funds to make the process easier. After the conference call, I sent contact information for everyone taking part in the call and for the current OHA circuit rider (Civil West Engineering) to Mr. Boltz. | ||
