| Details: | Mr. Boltz called both myself and Zach Golik on January 23, 2020 seeking clarification about an email I sent to him on January 16. My email requested specific information about plans submitted for corrosion control treatment and compliance activities. Zach was able to speak with Mr. Boltz directly and answer his questions about plan review and as of January 30, 2020, construction plans for a corrosion control treatment system were received by DWS. Mr. Boltz still has not identified how quickly he can or will begin construction of the treatment system after receiving conditional approval to proceed but I believe that question can now be addressed after DWS issues approval to proceed with construction. In the BCA signed in July 2019, Mr. Boltz agreed to provide an action plan with specific dates for construction and this action remains incomplete. I will accept the construction plans in lieu of the action plan as they identify exactly what action will be taken by Mr. Boltz and DWS will request deadlines for beginning and completing construction when conditional approval is granted. | ||
