| Details: | Justin Fimbres, Zach Golik and I called Reggie Boltz to inquire about the delay in submitting an action plan to DWS according to the bilateral compliance agreement signed in July. Reggie stated that he is waiting for information and a design for the treatment system from Civil West before he can submit the plan. Mr. Boltz was adamant that the delay was the results of inaction on the part of personnel at Civil West and that he is ready to proceed. I told Mr. Boltz that DWS will contact Civil West and attempt to expedite the process but noted that if Mr. Boltz decides to contract with a different engineering form, that DWS could consider amending the BCA terms to allow 30 days for a plan to be submitted. | ||
