| Details: | City of Tualatin exceeded the lead action level of 0.015 mg/L during the last 6-month round of testing conducted April 2018, specifically the 90th percentile results for lead were 0.017 mg/L. Information sent to the city this date regarding their responsibilities regarding public education. System needs to notify households tested of results with 30 days and certify to OHA-DWS by 10/1/18, continue providing lead information on each water bill, and do a press release by 9/1/18. Tualatin to notify OHA these tasks were accomplished by 9/10/18. UPDATE 6/12/18: Received certification that public education activities were completed as required. | ||
