| Details: | Jay MacPherson and I spoke with Dennis about a bilateral compliance agreement OHA is proposing to address the lack of a certified operator for the water system. I explained the proposed agreement also addressed the need to issue public notice. Dennis clarified he's not part of the board of directors and that Terri Kadrmas and Mary Jackson will be primarily responsible for considering and signing the agreement. The cooperative has applied for financial assistance and plans to covert the water system to a groundwater source and abandon the existing surface water treatment plant and Dennis confirmed this should be moving forward as quickly as assistance allows. I sent a pdf copy of the proposed agreement to Mary Jackson for review and Jay and I will follow-up no later than October 2nd to advance the signature process. | ||
