| Details: | The submitted plan doesn’t contain schedule dates, which are required for each step identified in the plan. OHA understands there is uncertainty in completing steps such as securing the easements. Regardless, some estimated schedule is still required. In the future, if London finds it can’t meet a proposed schedule date for a step, it can request an extension in writing. Please be aware that treatment plant and trench designs prepared by an Oregon-registered professional engineer are required to obtain final approval. I am unsure if that cost has been considered in the plan. |
