| Details: | I called Terri and explained the terms of the administrative order and the Coop’s rights to contest the Order. I told Terri we can arrange a conference call with other members of the board if there are any questions. I stressed that what DWS needs most are compliance dates and deadlines we can track to show progress toward compliance. I mentioned I thought it would be acceptable for the Coop to propose a date by which it will complete a new feasibility study, receive funding or complete some other milestone, if upon that date the Coop could identify a date for plan submission. I highlighted the 10 day period for contesting the Order if that is what the Coop. board decides to do. | ||
