| Details: | I reached out to Baumans Farm and Garden via their main business phone, an owner's cell phone, and was finally able to reach a Manager's cell phone. We discussed with the manager the requirement to complete a Level 1 investigation and submit it to me before December. I explained this is a result of the late reporting of the repeats and triggered source sample in response to the total coliform positive fourth quarter routine. We also discussed the yet to be completed requirement for three temporary routines the month following the total coliform positive fourth quarter routine. I discussed the coliform sampling schedule online and the revised total coliform sampling plan onsite at the farm. I also sent an email to both owners and both managers explaining the above topics, providing links to relevant yourwater.oregon.gov pages, and relevant OHA:DWP webpages. The manager agreed to attend to the above matters before they become due. |
