| Details: | I spoke with Steve to determine if a formal compliance schedule will be necessary to facilitate completing the corrective action process for the E. coli contamination at the Fast Break Market water system. Steve said he is ready to move forward with plan review and install a 3,000 gallon reservoir to supply hauled water in place of the current, contaminated groundwater well. Steve said he hopes to have construction and installation of the new tank finished by December 6. I stated that if the process can be completed so quickly, then a compliance schedule doesn't really serve a purpose. | ||
