| Details: | Brian Hawkins, Zach Golik and I called Steve Premsingh to introduce DWS' proposed bilateral compliance agreement which is necessary because violations at the water system remain uncorrected after several months. Steve blamed delays for his lack of progress to this point but said he would submit plans to the state within the next couple of days. I told Steve I will call him early next week, possibly on Christmas eve, to confirm his receipt of the agreement and confirm he understands the terms of the agreement. | ||
