| Details: | Jake is not sure why the test came back positive. Discussed routine sample locations. Positive sample from maintenance bldg. Discussed taking a source sample and 3 repeat samples from distribution - one of those from the maintenance bldg. Jake mentioned that the lab was out yesterday taking more samples. I asked him to contact his lab to confirm they were there taking the repeat samples. | ||
