| Details: | SUMMARY: Special sample results. DETAILS: On 12/11/06 about 2 pm, a break occurred in one of the distribution lines for this system. Repairs were undertaken immediately, boil water notices were issued, and Prowell conducted special sampling for coliforms in the afternoons of 12/11/06 and 12/12/06 to determine if contamination had entered system. A number of different locations were sampled in the affected distribution lines. Prowell called the DWP on 12/14/06 to report that all sample results for both days were absent for coliforms.
