| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil water advisory for Council Crest DETAILS: Yone informed me that the Council Crest reservoir ran dry at 7:40 am on July 9th. Many customers received water with less than 20 psi pressure, and 34 homes were out of water entirely, allowing for the potential of backflow. A boil water advisory was issued for those 34 homes.
