| Details: | SUMMARY: Deleted violation for DBP Monitoring DETAILS: Bend was granted a reduction in DBP samples from 8 per quarter to 2 per quarter in March of 2007. The sample schedule did not get changed so Bend had a second quarter monitoring violation for not taking enough DBP samples. The reduction was based on previous sample results and 1 sample is to represent the WTP and the second sample is to represent the common ground water aquifer. In addition, chemical samples taken in October 2006 were incorrectly posted to EP-D, but were from Outback Well 7 which is under plan review and not in use. There was a detection of toluene in the results. ACTION NEEDED: DWP deleted violation for DBP monitoring. Also deleted samples that were incorrectly posted to EP-D | ||
