| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ response DETAILS: Yone called to let us know they had two TC+ FC- samples. Someone called on a Friday and left a message with the phone duty person, then never heard back from anyone, so they tried getting a hold of someone via the OERS system over the weekend. She said that was not a smooth process. I said it was not necessary to go through that process for just a TC+, but that was really for a confirmed FC+ result. Still, we may need to work on our emergency notification protocol. They are also switching to the Colilert method instead of membrane. All repeats were TC-, no problems suspected. No violation since they take more than 40 samples. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
