| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator Will Post PN, Collect Five Routines in Nov. 07 DETAILS: The operator states that the same site (bathroom sink faucet in ski patrol bldg) was position for both the 10/1/07 routine and the 10/3/07 repeat. Since the other repeat sites were "absent", he is going to change the faucet as a corrective action. He agreed to post PN ASAP and M/R fir routines in Nov..07. I faxed him the PM docs.
