| Details: | SUMMARY: 1 of 30 monthly routines taken in June +TC DETAILS: I spoke to Dan about the +TC from 6/17/08 and he said that 3 RPs had already been collected & tested (original site, upstream, downstream)-- all came back absent. Hes not sure what the cause was-- has reviewed proper sampling technique with staff. I reminded him to report the RP results to us within 2 weeks to avoid getting a violation. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. | ||
