Information provided by Operator:

•When did the system start using the new well?
-5/8/20 UV reactor was started to be installed.
-5/11/20 UV reactor was finished being hooked up and system used the well for the first time.
-5/26/20 Both storage tanks located prior to UV reactor were drained. It took 5/26 and 5/27 to re fill tanks exclusively with the new well water.

•Have they stopped using the old well? If yes, when did they stop using it?
-The old well was taken off-line on 3/26/20 and during the 5/8/20 UV reactor set-up, the old well distribution system was disconnected.

•Did they haul water from another source? If yes, what dates did they do this?
-3/25/20 was the first date of filling the tank from another source. 5/8/20 is the other date of filling the tank using water from another source. That source was a private well owned by Mr. Darryl Nelson. Salmon Run Golf Course used this water mainly for flushing toilets and cleaning, until water from the new well was back on-line.

•Were the recent coliform samples taken when using the well #2 water?
-Yes. The most recent “special” samples were taken in the distribution system and well #2 was in use.


06.12.2020 - Lifted boil water notice.
Water system tested for Arsenic, Nitrate and coliform bacteria. Arsenic and Nitrate levels are acceptable. No E. coli or TC found in the distribution sample. New Well (SRC AB) tested absent for E. Coil, but positive for TC. However, the UV reactor is maintaining the minimum 4 log disinfection in the distribution line.

Operator also informed me that: Salmon Run Golf Course manager posted their own boil water notice on 3/17/20 and kept it up until 6/12/20. At no time did water enter the Salmon Run Distribution System without going through the UV system.
