| Details: | Gene called to inform me that a new chlorine feed pump and dedicated electrical outlet were installed last week. I assumed June 26 as the date for this action. I told Gene that at this point, he should continue to monitor DBP concentrations every quarter and issue a new public notice indicating the actions taken to resolve the DBP problem as well as past results. Gene still hasn't submitted a copy of the public notice purportedly issued in the past and to expedite this process, I offered to draft a new notice and send it to him for distribution to customers. Hopefully the new chlorine injection equipment will resolve the problem with trihalomethane concentrations exceeding the MCL. | ||
